As soon as we’ve installed the system, we’ll train you and any members of staff who'll be using the system on its use. We’ll spend a day onsite training your teams on how to use the system. We also have a comprehensive Help Hub which will hopefully answer most questions on how to use the software - if not, you can raise a ticket with our Helpdesk.
This depends on the complexity of the system which will be tailored to your needs. Generally, we will only need to spend a day onsite training different teams, but occasionally we will need additional time.
