We can therefore install our software around your current system and your specific requirements, integrating the features you need now, and switching on new features as and when your current contracts run out. We won’t charge you for the features you’re not actually using, so you won’t lose out.

When installing a new system, we believe that training is a hugely important part of the process. We will therefore always provide a day of onsite training for you and your staff as part of your package. On average, this training will probably only be a couple of hours, but the reason we do it onsite is so we can be happy everyone fully understands what they’re doing. So yes, your staff will need to be trained on the system, but it won’t take up a lot of time and it will mean they will use it more efficiently.
