Over midnight rostering
Nextra version 4.0 is the only WorkForce Management system to include and most importantly handle “over midnight rostering”. The rostering module allows users to efficiently create shift patterns, ad-hoc shifts, availability, and non-availability shifts across different locations, contracts, and groups of employees.
The benefit of this is that the absence booking process in Nextra is consistent for all employee shifts, whether they cross a midnight boundary. The fact the ‘midnight boundary’ doesn’t actually need to be at 00:00 but could 06:00 where you may have 3 sets of shift work.
